Operation Recover ALL is now changed to Operation Recover 60% after 6months in office. In no time it will be changed to “Operation Clear All - OCALL”
Why should NDC waist time on such useless cases. The financial clean-up was borne out of wickedness.
I agree with Prof Azar 100% !! However I will suggest because of the quantum of cases , 100% recovery plus a penalty should be the way to go
