The continuous discontinue of cases in the Court by the Attorney General upon his assumption of office sends signals the fight against corruption is lost. The much noise made about ORAL in my opinion should not be a tool to target political opponents only, rather should have been broadened enough to cover all previous government appointees whether NDC or NPP. This would have made ORAL effective since all affected persons will be made to account for their actions and inactions.
Now it appears the NDC and the Attorney General have set up an agenda to free all their members standing criminal trials and prosecute the opposition members or better still the NPP former Ministers and Government appointees. This is dangerous for the nation in the near future because at the end of the day if you discontinue criminal trials or cases against your people then any time I get power I will also free my people. In the end the fight against corruption is defeated and people will continue to spend state money and go free.

What nonsense is that? They stole from the state and it's ok for them to benefit from their loot? In other words, the state is paying them for looting and therefore it's beneficial to steal from the state. That is incentive to steal from the state.

They should refund all the $122 million plus interest compound interest to discourage stealing from the state.
