  In honesty, I think this trust is not necessary and will work against the poor. What this bill seeks to achieve should rather be channelled through the NHIS which gives equal access with no body applying for any threatment. One has to apply for, to enjoy the service and know what happens at the scholarship.
  In any case kidney/ dailysis is already being taken of by NHIS. Why not add the rest.

So is a government in its wisdom wants to create a separate fund to cater for it what is your worry? You stayed in power 8yrs, yet you never taught of this idea or policy. Allow JDM to start it, if you have any better option wait when you come to power you implement yours ok. Now at least if this policy kick start some Ghanaians who have long been waiting for government support will have done relief
