The driver of the truck must be arrested for moving the truck for the second time after noticing that his break had failed the first time.
No you can’t arrest a truck driver dealing with ‘ Force of Gravity ! The main priority however is , he should have made sure brakes was working before moving the truck which isn’t against the law in Gh
Yes he must be arrested… he was trying to flee from the scene of an accident after hitting the car on the down slide .. he quickly moved off up the incline but again the brakes went.
