He campaigned to reduce fuel drastically and institute a one time premium NHIS but despite all efforts, it took the honesty of Hon Ben Kumbour to announce that the one time premium was not possible. Fuel prices could also not be reduced drastically. His Godfearing character was most widely acclaimed. One notable local project were the Dansoman Highway and Spintex road widening which took years to complete.. Fare thee well.
