Some of the MTN officials are involved in the whole set up. I have never seen a company like MTN where customers are complaining but they can’t employ any strategy to fix the issue or block the scammers.

You suffer for a long time in the queue and when you reach the registration point they demand your GPS address which you may not have brought along. So what happened was that about thousand people can use one GPS address which may be a kiosk or an uncompleted building. So if crime is committed and you think they can trace the culprit to his or her address you are deceiving yourself

MTN Momo is a fraud company by facilitating such act to operate on their platform. If the company is not fraudulent, they should proof us wrong by fixing this issue. This issue has been going on for years, yet nothing is done about it. If the government is not corrupt, MTN must be forced to close its Momo operations and allow only banks to work. It is the incompetent government(s) that allow such dubious act daily. Why is it government fault? The government gave MTN license to operate and if it fails to protect citizens, take the licenses back. MTN must be forced to refund anyone who loses his or her money through fraud or else they should shut down the Momo operations.

Previously, it was easier to report fraud by sending SMS to MTN 1515. Currently MTN customers are to report fraud using short code *170#. But as soon as one tries to report, the message one receives is "MTN MESSAGE". "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". I have tried over the past 3 months without success. IGP, try it to confirm.

Aren't body scanners when visitors and the inmates go through before entering the facility?
Don't the officers do sudden sweeping?
Mr IGP please your elevation is not for showmanship rather action action action.
Put your Intel team to gether and uproot all these cancerous cells from the system.
I will strongly suggest a comprehensive reshuffling, no more protocol recruiting, rather pure merits, also phycological interactions with the inmates to know what is going on in the yard and many others innovative ideas
to make the prison facilities serve it's purposes.
