That would have been nice because we can’t even pay them regularly. It can reduce the University Graduate Unemployment for some time. Yes, and Ghana can earn a few US Dollars.

Many healthcare jobs in these so-called advanced countries are now considered relatively poorly paid meaning that wages in these professions are no longer enough to compensate for the SOARING COST OF LIVING ESPECIALLY IN WESTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. Most of these healthcare jobs are located in the cities and larger towns which unfortunately are also the areas where the COST OF LIVING IS RELATIVELY HIGH AND WORSENING WITH EACH PASSING YEAR- rent, energy ( e.g. gas, electricity and fuel for automobiles), food, taxes cost of transportation or running a car etc etc . The rural areas are cheaper but unfortunately lacking in job opportunities. Another issue that cannot be ignored is the growing anti- immigrant or xenophobic mood gripping these nations. Foreigners are far less welcome in these countries these days than they were say 10 years ago in part because of the growing economic hardships that the populations of these countries now face.
Finally how many Ghanaians speak any the German ? Most Ghanaians living in non English speaking countries invariably end up doing the most menial, back-breaking jobs that nobody else wants to do because of the very low pay . SOCIAL ISOLATION,FAMILY BREAKDOWN, MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS ARE FAR MORE COMMON IN AFRICANS LIVING UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES IN THESE COUNTRIES. LIVING AS A SECOND OR EVEN THIRD CLASS HUMAN BEING ESPECIALLY IN SITUATIONS WHERE FOREIGNERS FACE SOCIAL ISOLATION CAN BE DEVASTING FOR THE EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES. Raising children under such circumstances presents especially very difficult challenges. This is why it is extraordinarily important and vital for fellow Ghanaians dreaming of going abroad to live and work carefully do their research and homework. They need to talk to those already living and working there, ask about wages, ask about the cost of rent, food transportation especially if one is hoping to move a family there. FAILING TO HAVE A REALISTIC VIEW OF "ABROAD" COULD RESULT IN "DREAMS" BECOMING "NIGHTMARES" OR BEING SHATTERED.
An old railway road-crossing near where I lived as a child used to have this sign - "STOP, LOOK , LISTEN". This warning applies to all those hoping to ESCAPE abroad. It is a wonderful warning or principle to remember in many situations in life and especially it applies to those desperate to move abroad .
The wise and prudent person will seek God's guidance in such a critical issue as moving abroad. A life truly submitted to God through obedience to the Holy Scriptures will be one that is divinely guided.

You’re so right for informing them. Most of the people in this abroad can be very foolish to you. And please tell them to avoid some of these Caribbean areas like Jamaica were crime is very high and they can’t be guaranteed safety and peace of mind. We can easily create opportunities for these nurses in Ghana by putting in a lot of measures.
1. Just give some of them some short term retraining and put them into like preschool education.,, there’s a severe lack of trained professionals to take care of toddlers and very young one in GES.
2. The Emergency. EMT services can absorb some of these nurses into their roles with just few months of training.
3. Why can’t GES recruit and pay them? There is obviously a huge salary gap in the country. Most government appointees and some SOE’s like Ghana Gas, the state banks, BOG,GRA and the like just pay some unreasonable high salaries which should be checked to make funds available for other important sectors like health.
4. We should remodel our healthcare system where there will be smaller consulting office systems as done in the first elsewhere. In tjis case you don’t need to build a big hospital to get nurses employed. It will ease the burden also on the few government hospitals
5. We can also build more hospitals by avoiding the wasteful give expenditures. Health is wealth. Which is why a useless project like the national cathedral shouldn’t have been entertained where state funds were being used.
6. I won’t take about curbing corruption to save funds for health infrastructure. Cox it will sound funny.
7. If we have a backlog should we still be wasting state funds training more nurses to add to the number? Can’t we cap the number in the schools? The Blackman should learn to think.
8. Lastly more nurses can take personal responsibility and put their skills to other productive ventures which I believe some of them are already doing.
Let’s not that our problems are manmade and only right thinking minds with integrity can solve them
God bless our homeland Ghana..
