  You are a fantastic Minister. What a brilliant idea. Why should we go and buy snake anti-venom serum from Europe where they do not have the snakes that we have in Ghana and Africa as a whole. Why can't we produce the anti-venom serum ourselves? These are simple things we could do but due to poor political leadership we keep using our limited foreign exchange to import items which we could manufacture locally. Once again well done Mr. Minister you are doing a very good job among your peers.
