  Dr. Apaak's tribe and district in Ghana has the lowest educational level in Ghana. There are no qualified teachers since most of the teachers are protocol trained. His N. E. region cannot boast of having electricity and accessibility to the internet is nominal. Mr. Deputy Minister let us concentrate on educating our chiefs the importance of education as they do with funerals and get our young ones educated. Protocol PhD's is not going to help Ghana at the long run. Wake up Ghana. Ghana's education is becoming a laughing stock in the world since most of the parliamentarians cannot speak or comprehend our adopted English language and most of our university graduates could not have passed the good old G. C. E. 'O' level and G. C. E 'A' level exams. I cry for my country. YEN
