Didn't the government just release the Deloitte and Touche audit report? So, where from this "unexplained" payment to Adjaye? I smell a smokescreen to divert attention from the fuel price increase.

This is purely reconciliation issue and the 2 must compare transactions by transactions. The fault could even come from the recipient.
The 39 million you want to introduce into the picture is not acceptable. The government accounts on cash accounting and not accrual accounting. The actual money they have spent is 58m and not 97m .
