The campaign, open bidding and open hostility to any other person for Health Minister except Ms Rawlings by NPP MPs is way over most of us the public. Why do NPP MPs wants Zenotor to be Health Minister so bad, what have they got on her to keep pushing her for the position ?. So strange. NPP MPs will not accept any one as Health Minister or Deputy except Ms Rawlings, why that. You watch Afenyo F- Markin making fool of himself during appointment committee coming up, so strange indeed!

They are administrative positions that do not require any experience relevant to the job, otherwise a civilian would never be appointed as a minister of defense. They should stop the naivety.

You are right and that is because attorney general position is not a ministerial position but a legal one. If it is separated from the justice ministry, then the minister of justice doesn’t need a legal background

Most of our medical doctors in this country are tunnel-vision characters who are incapable of doing anything apart from medicine, efficiently. Managing a hospital and practicing medicine are two completely different vocations.

Many unintelligent and unthinking people tend to think that the two are easily interchangeable and hence a medical doctor can be a hospital administrator. Doctors of specific specialization are able to efficiently head various clinical departments such as the burns unit, pediatrics and surgery units efficiently but not entire hospitals which include other non-medical areas such as administration, transport, finance, structural and physical maintenance etc

Many medical doctors who have managed hospitals like Korle Bu in the past have been monumental failures to say the least.
