  NDC has not benefited from the expertise of Sekondi/Takoradi MPs concerning ministerial positions.
  The only NDC MP for Sekondi during Rawlings tenure was late Hon.Bosomtwe Sam.
  He became the Deputy Minister of Interior and was able to construct a viable Fishing Harbour in Sekondi.
  I'm hoping that Prof.Grace Ayensu-Danquah would leave an enviable legacy.
