  Scrap the offside rule. Nobody is offside, since there are 11 players on each side. You lose a player on your team for rough play at your own peril.

  The penalty rebound law doesnt make sense. Its part of the game and not a shootout. No different than when a goalkeeper punches a corner, or freekick you dont stop the game. Also it makes players more likely to commit fous in the cases of goal bound plays .at least a rebound gives a 2nd chance since the reason for the penalty could have actually. Resulted in a goal. I rather we give 2 chances for flagrant handball and tackles in the box, then rebounds ability for a tap in to discourage fouls in the box and flagrant ones like Suarez did..
