Oko Boye had no gun or pepper spray as you’re alleging because he wasn’t attacked. Maybe he would have shot someone had he been attacked. How did Kwasi Pratt become this stupid? I always say as soon as one aligns himself with Ndc, he becomes stupid automatically. The good thing is that, Hawa Koomson had the intelligence that the Ghana police didn’t, therefore she prepared herself. I’ll advise Hawa Koomson to arm herself to the teeth next time.
