    How do you train a group solely, and them ask them to write an exam set by you again to be licensed? A professional body shd be doing this, not same government. I blame GNAT!

    TEACHERS SHOULD RATHER BE REFERRED TO AS LEARNED PROFESSIONALS NOT LAWYERS. Because of the Licensure Exams which makes them professionals and also because they teach professionally.
