So we need nanny state to set the prices for us because most people are greedy, cheating thieves despite going to church or the mosque. Then we all sit around blaming the government without looking in the mirror.

This is very brilliant idea and must be considered asap. I wonder if the writer can petition parliament directly. This will be a game changer in protecting consumers because some Ghanaian businesses are really evil.

In the 1970s there was a Prices and Incomes Board. It was dissolved and replaced with a Fair Wages and Salaries Board. The Prices aspect was conspicuously eliminated.

What the government can do is the 'Goil' example. Set up governmental/State trade companies and use that to regulate the prices. The only problem with this is that most state enterprises are not run well.

President JDM, this is a time to redeem this country because the cevilians dont have any hope them selves. Its like a cemetary. Driving big cars on very bad roads, living in big homes with filthy surroundings, omg, Just onbelievable.
