CAN'T WE UPGRADE OUR HOSPITALS AND CLINICS IN OUR COUNTRIES, FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR NATIONS IN AFRICA ? THE ELECTORATE WHO VOTED AND GAVE POWER TO THOSE POLITICIANS ARE FORGOTTEN WHEN THE POLITICIANS GET THE POWER.
