I admire his criticism but he's wrong on this one. The fact that the District Commander is there doesn't nullify the IGP's spontaneous visit in a country known never to have people in responsible positions doing this right.

This IGP is truly useless. He is not even fit to lead a village Boys Scout Club. He looks more like the Chief Chef at a 3 Star Hotel. The entire Ghana Police Force is a joke and a sad embarrassment.
Prophet say all these things to Hawa Yakubu. IGP has the right to visit polling stations during elections to monitor whether his directives to the the commanders are being followed or not
