  The Mahama administration must re open the case of the alleged coup plot by the Dr Mac Manu and his accomplices during the Akuffo Addo’s government. The government must also investigate the allegations of suicide by Dr Mac Manu . The alleged coup needs to be investigated. The caliber of weapons seized by the government that were intended to be used for the coup didn’t appear to be sophisticated enough to guarantee any success in the plot . ACP Agordzo and the only highly ranking military officer implicated in the plot have been cleared and the remaining low ranking members couldn’t have succeeded in implementing their plot . The NDC government must re-visit this case .
