  No fees stress does not make sense. Only those who's parents are collecting LEAP should be given. There are too many schools under trees, hospitals uncompleted, look at the state of our roads etc etc. Is this the best way to spend taxpayers money? This is just for political expediency. We are even trying to get Free SHS parents who can afford to pay but now we has destroyed everything.

  The unpopular ideology of the north. No class rooms and text books for basic education which is compulsory. Yet first term free tertiary. Tertiary which is personal interest and for those who could afford at any period at all without expiry date. The reset agenda would automatically collapse NDC. The fact is NPP contains more supporters than NDC which they watch closely the prints of NDC. Nobody knows where NDC would run to in next NPP administration. With their gang of northern ministers setting a path for a southern leader. We live to see.
