Drivers are charging more money from Accra, to Pokuase, Amasaman, Midie and Nsawam. More than the approved GPRTU transport fares. Where is the GPRTU office to report these injustices? People who live in these areas are really suffering. It's a take it or leave it situation. Moreover, Drivers have to spend huge amounts of money for car repairs. Also, Drivers have to drive long distances to find a u turn. At Amasaman, Drivers have to drive all the way to Pokuase to get a u turn. At Kutunse Satellite, one has to drive all the way to Samsam Junction to make a u turn. This is very insensitive to Drivers. It's not every one who feels comfortable to cross foot bridges. There are some people who suffer from 'hight phobia.'
The Pokuase interchange going to Ablekuma has an area where pedestrians can cross the road comfortably. The contractor should take all these into consideration. The foot bridges also are a challenge to the elderly, and the disabled brothers/sisters.
