I laughed when he address parliament as rotten rotor fan engine.These areas are technical please allow experts to talk about these issues.

I don't know how and who gave him this information.
There is nothing like that in Aviation as rotten engine fan.We be one a laughing stock to foreign aviation authorities.

Due to corruption and nepotism scholarships are awarded to some to go pursue useless degrees abroad. In today's world masters degrees like Project management, Finance, PA, MBA, etc. are not valuable to the extend that Gov't should wase $30K-$40k/year ($120K-$106K/student) in the name of Scholarship. Such Diplomas can he easily achieved in a Ghana University.
Also most of the students due to current Trump Immigration Policies would have to return to Ghana. Irrespective of the degree earned abroad there is not guarantee the person is much knowledgeable that the local earner with same degree
