    It's really smart to come out and publicly signal to drug smugglers the scanners don't work before you replace them - very nice!

    Ghana MUST work. Who has the responsibility (at the airport) to ensure that the scanner is in good form? Is there going to be any form of punishment e.g. suspension, salary reduction, etc for that person's negligence of duty? ...
