  A deal is a deal only when all parties fulfill its terms. The $100M was not paid when the time was due. The deal is off. Let the courts decide, not a Minister of State who is a representative of the President. NDC criminalized even deals by cousins and in-laws of Akufo Addo. Now it is the President's brother himself. Government must stay out of this and let the courts decide.
