In 2025 in any serious country, any minister should be arrested for completely misleading a whole country that a dual fuel capable gas turbine with fuel flex or DLN needs to be switched off to switch fuel...this is bare face disingenuous or ignorance and the so called energy radio experts should call him out... Aside the aero and recip units, all the gas engines in Ghana are dual fuel and DLN capable at least...

If the gas is off in 4 hours and it is restored,the generators will not respond immediately. So the exact duration of power outage should be told.

But over here in Blackman county light going off is nothing to a point where a whole minister will tell citizens date that the whole country will go blackout. So don’t we have the sense that each station we will install two or three transformers so that we do maintenance will continue unabated without going off. Please minister for energy tell ECG to install two or three transformers at each power station so that at a time of maintenance will not affect electricity consumers. Wake-up Blackman, is day light now not dark anymore. Let we apply common sense in all our doings. In China I equate electricity to air that we breathe, always light on. I travel from Guangzhou airport to Shenzhen millions of street lights bulbs never see just one bulb off. These are the things we black people should emulate. Wake-up Blackman. Others are thinking to live on mars yet we can’t fix electricity which was invented over two hundred years ago. Wake-up Blackman is day light not darkness anymore
