Where in the world does anyone use scanned copies of voter record sheets to collate results? From which originals were they scanned? Could they not have been scanned from fake results sheets? In fact, the EC is rather being unfair to the NDC because the scanned sheets were supposed to be for 62 polling stations. Ablekuma North is supposed to be an NPP stronghold, having won all previous elections by wide margins. Today, after the NDC had learnt their lessons and policed the votes, the vote difference, minus the 19 polling stations, is only 55 in favour of NPP. Why then are they afraid to go for the reruns in the 19 polling stations? Do they not use to win that constituency by margins of between 15,000 abd 20,000 votes? Now we know that they were always rigging; their cup is full. There will be no more rigging anywhere in Ghana going forward. Akwatia constituencily by election is also coming soon, and I hope that the NPP will not boycott it because they know that their rigging plans will not work this time around. NDC is poised to take the Akwatia seat as well. NPP, never again!

By the provisions of the Constitution he referred the issue to the Council of State who after deliberations believed there are some issues negative against you and as such made their recommendations to him. The President did not sack you or relived you of your position, he only asked you to step aside to allow a committee to investigate the allegations levelled against you.
If the allegations are found to be insubstantial, then the recommendations will be sent to the president for your reinstatement.

Getty , you need better lawyers to represent you and their duties will be to fight to exonerate you of all the allegations.
Do not be jumping around but stay calm , cooperate with the committee and furnish them any document they ask for.
But remember that as a chief Justice, you owe the Constitution a responsibility and not the government. This was your weakness.

You are only suspended to go through a constitutional process. The process is not concluded, so for you to jump the gun and go to ECOWAS court is very senseless.
