  Look, there are reports of police being complicit in land and land guard cases in Amasaman and its environs. There's probably a lot more cases like that. The police shouldn't be seen as weakening the fight against these criminal land guards. They should remember that two of their personnel lost their lives years ago to these criminals led by some criminal retired soldier.

  The residents of Ashsongman must resist because Ghana police are very corrupt and dishonest. They are the people who promote and support these land guard to perpetuate these crimes. If an arrest is made and landguard is jailed for 50 years, it will deter the rest from coming out to act. But the police arrest and release these criminals back to their post. How can peace prevail? Police conduct is disgusting in this country.
