  Many ECG customers are overbilled. This is rife in the Kpeve DIstrict, where I come from. A customer received a Gh¢ 500 bill within a month without even a refrigerator. Another person who resides in kumasi, was billed Gh¢ 3,191 April to June, though he's been away from the DIstrict. If all things are done well, ECG customers will pay bills.
