  He should take a cue and stop ranting in parliament for nothing special. He is always verbose in his presentations and show of arrogance to the speaker and deputy speakers respectively. He easily insenced to be against any good things the ndc government wants to implement to benefit Ghana. He just wants the npp party to come tomorrow and rule Ghana to continue to rip the economy down. He doesn't know what tomorrow is going to be!
