In Ghana, when a company is owned by a foreigner and he maltreats us, that's when they respect the owner, but when it's owned by Ghanaians, the Ghanaian worker will look at himself in the mirror, look at his employer, and think that he also deserves to earn as much as the owner, so what they do is, they start to do shoddy work, report late at work, steal spare parts and work implements, talk back to superiors, and go on strike. Since 2023 E&P has been pumping money into Azumah Resources and payment of staff etc when Azumah Resources were pulling out of the project way back before 2023 when they approached E&P to buy the mine.

Now that the price of gold is high Azumah Resources want to backtrack on the agreement with E&P.

We Africans are our own worst enemies.
What has this business got to do with President Mahama when it was already operating before NDC came to power.
