  The above advice to these coming inn officers is like talking to a deaf person without signs. Most of them are just there for the love of money through Extortion. All what matters to most of them is to put their bribery hobbies into practice and make illegal money for the private pockets. Me myself and I is their (Motto) God save Ghana.
