Bright Simon’s and others must note the E&P is a miner of repute with a history of refinancing 60% of Goldfields Ghana operations through contract mining . Was interested in cardinal mining which was eventually scuttled by the Australian Government. For nationalistic purposes I expect commentary to to be tailored towards progressing the deal. Note the even hostile takeovers in business is not new. It happened to AGC under Sir Sam Jonah. Watch your analysis because mining projects are complex and expensive
