  Remember Ghana was not at Ground Zero Governance is a continuum refer to article 6 of the 1992 constituion.
  The stupid leaders who ruled 2013 to 2016 left a suffocating debt the Energy Debt with dumsor but the fellow who assumed the throne for 8years did not complained and move on to solve the challenges especially the suffocating debt.and there was no dumsor.

  You must be out of your mind. The US doesn’t borrow money from other countries except with some few instances of procedural borrowings from the IMF or the World Bank. Yet still the US is the biggest contributors to both the IMF and the World Bank.
  
  Rather, the US government borrows money from the American Tax payers, and not from other countries per se. The American government borrows money from the American Tax payers and that’s done anytime the US Congress raises the “DEBT CEILING”.
  
  Right now the Trump Administration is in the process of asking the US Congress to raise the debt ceiling after President Trump’s spending bill : “The Big Beautiful Bill” sailed through the US House Representatives after some serious congressional bickering between the Congressional Democrats and the Republicans. Actually that bill is said to increase America’s debt up to about three $ 3 -4 trillion ( four trillion dollars); that’s according to the Congressional Budget Office or the oversight committee.
  
  So it’s just infantile for that “small boy with the long axed looking sharp teeth” and the likes of you to suggest that the American government also owns reparations and other countries bla- bla-bla-bla. The reality is : the NDC and for that matter the John Cribo Mahama administration has one aim in mind, they know that those NDC strongholds don’t travel to America that much, so they want to taunt the Trump administration which is the process of adding Ghana to the travel restricted countries to embark on that course. They ( NDC) don’t care, after all how many of their supporters come to work in America?
  
  Can someone also ask Ablakwa that — which court ruled that the American government should pay reparations to Ghana, and how much? That decision is a moral responsibility and decision by the American government to pay reparations to countries whose citizens were affected by the several decades of the Slave Trade.
  
  Actually African Americans whose ancestors worked under some of the most serious inhuman conditions under the several decades of slavery without ever getting payed for should definitely be compensated because of the financial burden and serious financial dire straits that has plagued the African American society and families as compared to their Caucasian counterparts because of the slavery. And so for Ablakwa to make a case that America owns Ghana any reparations due to the slavery is childish and borne out of lack of knowledge. Anyway that’s what happens if you appoint a political freshman like Okuseto Ablakwa to head a country like Ghana’s foreign affairs.

  Kwaseato! Hey America doesn’t owe China a dime, okay? Rather America floated their municipal bonds and China saw that as opportunity to manipulate the American economy and undermine the American dollar, and so the Chinese invested heavily in the scheme. But that didn’t work for the Chinese which is why China recently offloaded several hundreds of billions of dollars of the American municipal bonds. That happened just the beginning of this week. But ask yourself if that move is affecting America or the American economy in any greater aspects. America stands on its own and doesn’t need any one country’s influence.
  
  The size of the American economy is about $ 27-30 trillion with the population of about 300-330 million as to compared to China’s economy that hovers around 17-19 trillion with more than 1billon population. By doing the calculations you don’t need to be told that the US is five times richer the Socialist China. Ask the Chinese if they can stand toe to toe with the US in any way.

  @ Concern(ed) Citizen, even your English is bad. Like all other sympathizers of the disgraced and moribund NPP, you are short-sighted, ignorant and plain daft. Perhaps you did not understand Ablakwas English response to the Senator but what he said in short was that, the US also owes Ghana and Africa, many trillions of dollars of reparation debt but they have either refused or ignored the honorable thing to pay up. Therefore the said senators complaint about a couple of billion dollars that we owe them is relatively chicken sh.t so he must take his time.
  
  At least Ablakwa had the decency to go all the way to the US to discuss our debt and other cooperation issues so the Senator should appreciate his effort instead of the typical abusive attitude of looking down on black people.
  
  For the information of our poor "Concern Citizen" who has evidently not recovered from the condition of slave mentality, the official total US debt currently stands at $31 Trillion so which of the two politicians is better placed to advice the other?

  Kwaseato! Hey America doesn’t owe China a dime, okay? Rather America floated their municipal bonds and China saw that as opportunity to manipulate the American economy and undermine the American dollar, and so the Chinese invested heavily in the scheme. But that didn’t work for the Chinese which is why China recently offloaded several hundreds of billions of dollars of the American municipal bonds. That happened just the beginning of this week. But ask yourself if that move is affecting America or the American economy in any greater aspects. America stands on its own and doesn’t need any one country’s influence.
  
  The size of the American economy is about $ 27-30 trillion with the population of about 300-330 million as to compared to China’s economy that hovers around 17-19 trillion with more than 1billon population. By doing the calculations you don’t need to be told that the US is five times richer the Socialist China. Ask the Chinese if they can stand toe to toe with the US in any way.

Perhaps you did not understand Ablakwas English response to the Senator but what he said in short was that, the US also owes Ghana and Africa, many trillions of dollars of reparation debt but they have either refused or ignored the honorable thing to pay up. Therefore the said senators complaint about a couple of billion dollars that we owe them is relatively chicken sh.t so he must take his time.
  
  At least Ablakwa had the decency to go all the way to the US to discuss our debt and other cooperation issues so the Senator should appreciate his effort instead of the typical abusive attitude of looking down on black people.
  
  For the information of our poor "Concern Citizen" who has evidently not recovered from the condition of slave mentality, the official total US debt currently stands at $31 Trillion so which of the two politicians is better placed to advice the other?

  You must be out of your mind. The US doesn’t borrow money from other countries except with some few instances of procedural borrowings from the IMF or the World Bank. Yet still the US is the biggest contributors to both the IMF and the World Bank.
  
  Rather, the US government borrows money from the American Tax payers, and not from other countries per se. The American government borrows money from the American Tax payers and that’s done anytime the US Congress raises the “DEBT CEILING”.
  
  Right now the Trump Administration is in the process of asking the US Congress to raise the debt ceiling after President Trump’s spending bill : “The Big Beautiful Bill” sailed through the US House Representatives after some serious congressional bickering between the Congressional Democrats and the Republicans. Actually that bill is said to increase America’s debt up to about three $ 3 -4 trillion ( four trillion dollars); that’s according to the Congressional Budget Office or the oversight committee.
  
  So it’s just infantile for that “small boy with the long axed looking sharp teeth” and the likes of you to suggest that the American government also owns reparations and other countries bla- bla-bla-bla. The reality is : the NDC and for that matter the John Cribo Mahama administration has one aim in mind, they know that those NDC strongholds don’t travel to America that much, so they want to taunt the Trump administration which is the process of adding Ghana to the travel restricted countries to embark on that course. They ( NDC) don’t care, after all how many of their supporters come to work in America?
  
  Can someone also ask Ablakwa that — which court ruled that the American government should pay reparations to Ghana, and how much? That decision is a moral responsibility and decision by the American government to pay reparations to countries whose citizens were affected by the several decades of the Slave Trade.
  
  Actually African Americans whose ancestors worked under some of the most serious inhuman conditions under the several decades of slavery without ever getting payed for should definitely be compensated because of the financial burden and serious financial dire straits that has plagued the African American society and families as compared to their Caucasian counterparts because of the slavery. And so for Ablakwa to make a case that America owns Ghana any reparations due to the slavery is childish and borne out of lack of knowledge.
