  Ghana should learn from how the gulf region owned their oil and ended poverty to the disbelief of the west. Qatar, Dubai, Saudi, Oman etc have shown the way and the blueprint to copy from even if we are dumb. How can we have so many mineral resources and arable land and still be poor when desert countries with only oil are rich? Hey Mr. minister, go out there and get the blueprint from the gulf region on how they were able to derive the full benefit from their oil and come back and implement same. The nonsense must stop NOW!
