  If not looting and mismanagement, no citizen of this small country with a lot of mineral resources should be paying school fees at any level of education as well as health care. The whiteman lied to the blackman who is super blessed with tons of mineral resources that, we can only develop by taxes. SMH... We then stupidly give away our minerals for pittance to the same whiteman and we remain poor. Libya, Qatar, Dubai, Saudi etc developed by owning their oil. Assuming those countries are blessed with the many mineral resources we have here, the level of their wealth would have been insane. We're here fooling. So those who think there's too much freebies, go and have your heads checked because you've been brainwashed. Infact, the State should be paying monthly stipends to every citizen if we had proper managers governing us from day one.

He must wait till His productive initiatives fruit to bring in the needed fund to embark on the social intervention activities that immediately siphon funds. He must put the horse before lthe cart. Free SHS is a lesson that a typical politician won’t learn from. Free SHS didn’t save NPP. We don’t have problem with university enrolment it’s graduate unemployment which is a problem and needs to be tackled first.
