This fool will have some idiots to support him. What is the meaning of "Due to lack of permanent market regulatory system"? What is it? Transacting business outside the Bank of Ghana rate is "illegal" and this foolish guy who in opposition, parade himself as the best ever there is, would have hold press conference to tell Ghanaians about this stupidity of quoting dollar rate outside that of Bank of Ghana.

Any entity that trades outside Bank of Ghana rate should be arrested because it is illegal. Is this toad a real lawyer?
