  Shameful for a whole academic institution to violently and fragrantly trample on rights and liberty of students in the name of discipline. Was sharia law dress code explicitly part of the enrollment contract? Are we in a sharia law republic? As a parent I still give my adult children that respect to be free with societal norms and consistent with the era.

  This UPSA must be reminded that some of the students come from poor families who can bearly pay the fees no to talk of buying expensive shoes ,dresses,shirts or what have you. I was once a poor student who could not afford nice shirts but I can buy any shirt ,trousers and shoes now and dress really good. I sometimes look back at my school days and weep gently when I remember how my fellow students laughed at me. This institution must prioritise teaching and produce graduate that are worthy to lead tomorrow.

  But let's call a space a spade, some of these outfits on the university campus are unacceptable. Why to the military, police, nurses, doctors, lawyers have dress code? After graduation from school you guys and ladies to join these instructions, are you going to exposing your nakedness? Is that the reason your parents sent you to the university? Letures halls are supposed to be formal gathering or meeting places. If you can't dress decent then you have no business in the school. You are been trained to be responsible future leaders.
