@Pelicles, you need to read the story again; this time slooooowly until you overstand it. Nkrumah's marriage to Fathia was politically motivated to symbolize our oneness as Africans in pursuance of the African dream - African Unity. The greatness of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah can only be realized when you go outside this country. Go to the university of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia; Nkrumahism is studied at the African Studies department of that university. Even in some black churches in America Nkrumah's picture is hanged on their walls symbolizing his greatness. Still........ Nkrumah never dies!!!

There are times I believe there's some merit in their perception of the black person, and it's because we let them. If you want respect from anyone, first respect yourself. Blacks all over the world have demonstrated only stupidity and uselessness, deficiency in knowledge and lack of capacity to reason, even by themselves. When you pillage and destroy your country just to go and slave somewhere others toil to build, you bring disrespect on yourself.
Until blacks find a way to begin behaving like normal humans, we will always be at the receiving end of every bully and scorn.

In many countries the government starts an industry and when all the kinks have been resolved they rolled it to the public. That is how the ineternet began, that is how comp[uters came into being. There a lot more.
The problems with us is that we do not have patience but those of us who grew in the coca farming communities know very well this period of limbo.

Komfo Anokye Hospital was started in 1951 when Nkrumah was in Ussher Fort prison so hiw he built tge place is a miracle. The funds for the hospital were approved in 1949.

It is also to be noted that Fathia’s mother insisted that Egypt open an embassy in Ghana, that was her only condition for the marriage between Fathia and Nkrumah. And therefore she blessed the marriage!
