She has a genuine case. But normally a confirmation test is done in another reference Lab before resulting are issued. Wasn't that done?

  • Exactly 1 year ago

I wonder same. Was a confirmatory test done elsewhere? I work in a private hospital and each time a patient tests positive for HIV, we refer the person to a government hospital for confirmation before concluding that indeed t ...

So she was aware she had 'HIV' but slept with a man raw to get pregnant. Much as I sympathize with her for the error of the lab, she is also a wicked woman. If she had 'HIV' she would have been spreading it.

The results from the facility which stated you were positive and the other that said U were negative will both be scrutinized as either can be right or wrong.

SYNLAB might have swapped the results. Results for Patient A who is HIV positive was inadvertently issued to Patient B.

What sort of negligence is this?
Well all legal actions should be followed to serve as notice to other labs. And clinics as well.

    Very difficult for her.
She may get something but not 10million (maybe 100,000).
She could have checked with another lab before submitting the test results to the employer.
    Very sad.

Syllabus sent the results to her employer in Kuwait before her. She should sue for more
