Some folk from certain parts of Ghana seem quite comfortable with beheading chickens by biting their heads off, while in other parts of Ghana a knife is used to cut or chop off the chicken's head. Also some folk hate seeing blood so they simply wring the chicken's head before they prepare it for dinner.

We can never reset a country without changing our mindset and ways of doing things, ensure that there is rule of law, discipline in the society at large, less tolerance for corruption and unpatriotic behaviors, ensure that citizens behave in an honest way (which calls for implementing the laws which governs us), etc. etc. So far, I have not heard Mahama addressing these issues apart from ORAL which is moving at a snail pace.
