There are nearby offices where you can drop off mails, so it’s not an excuse for thief kwarteng to create a parallel link to collect illegal fees from applicants.

Ghanaians will be incensed. Kwarteng's outfit added no additional value, except to fleece thousands of applicants. Go to the Middle East, every government business is handled by Aramex, and no other. It is same in the USA, where USPS handles every courier service, on behalf of both State and Federal governments, so how come Ghana Embassy in the US couldn't use USPS, but rather resort to an alternate 'courier service' provided by an Embassy staff?
What about conflict of interest?
