    These fines or surcharges should always be charged against the individual leaders, ie the Directors who refused to act that leads to these charges.

    CHARGE THE ENTITY LEADERS PERSONALLY NOT THE ENTITY
    The individual leaders, ie the Directors who refused to act that leads to these charges should be charged personally for their irresponsible behaviour and neglegence.

    That is the behaviour of NDC government officials. They want the fine to reach GHc1,000,000.00 then they will pay judgement debt and share the money .
