  Look at this stupidity. This could have been prevented. How you ask? You need a mayor who is not entitled. Someone who spent their own money to campaign to win. They will fight to bring in companies, jobs..these companies will make sure the city govt has building codes to guide how buildings are structured and built in the city. The city govt will issue licenses for buildings and renovations and there will be a uikding team that goes around the city yearly to inspect buildings for faults and renovations and if the occ
