Only in Ghana can this happen at the Medical Field. In the Developed Countries, Learning Medical Doctors are not allowed to attend to patients alone. They do not even qualify to draw blood from patients. The best that the patient and his family can do is to sue the one who withdrew the blood and the hospital VERY BIG TIME for Millions of Dollars. They can also sue for the Patient to be taken to the Western World where he can be well taken care of by SPECIALISTS in that field.
He and the family can sue for the hospital to be under serious scrutiny and start taking away whatever the hospital has, including their buildings, vehicles, and anything very valuable. Yes, let them sue immediately and if possible have the hospital closed down. As for the KNOW NOTHING ONE on attachment, they should sue for him not to be able to practice again while his Academic Transcripts and Certificates are suspended until the disabled man is healed. They can even sue for the properties of the one who caused the harm. I learned that in Ghana now, because of the proliferation of Medical Schools and corruption, many unqualified people who cannot become Ward Assistants in the Developed World now own hospitals and can practice as Medical Doctors. Oh Ghana, when can we move forward? The Foolish Medical Assistant who was on Attachment, and all those who allowed him to practice alone while on Attachment should be put to trial and imprisoned. So many foolish things go on in Ghana and it is time to hold people accountable.
