galamsey will end when the government starts finding out the owners of the galamsey operations and arresting them. Also, why does the government never arrest chiefs who have been publicly destooled for engaging ion galamsey? This reminds of teachers who have been summoned to chiefs' palaces and and made to pay fines to the chiefs because these teachers had defiled some of their students. One would think that the authorities would step in and arrest these scumbag teachers after they had confessed publicly at palaces for defiling minors and impregnating them, but this never happens.
