    Since 1992, Ghanaian politicians have not been able to clear the so- called TOR debt. Ghanaians have paid so many taxes and levies on these TOR debt but it's still on our books. Incompetent Ghanaian politicians

    It's not only TOR that is in debt. ECG over 2 billion dollars, DVLA 250 million dollars, cocobod over 2 billion dollars, etc. All State own enterprises are in debt. It's government property so no one cares. They eat the money ...
