  What is ORAL, and if Mahama believe in it, why will he appoint a fool who was sacked from the military, one of the few institutions in Ghana that command respect, to be its chief executioner?
  
  If Mahama believes in accountability, why didn't he allow the committee that was set up by Mills to investigate the Brazilian plane purchase finish its work but stopped it when he became president?
  
  Mahama set up ORAL to go after political opponents. Loot the way Jakpa entered Ofori Atta house with loaded gun, and could he have shot the former finance minister?
  
  Jakpa went to Addisson house and ransacked the place looking for "Ghost Vault" which he Mahama dug in Addisson's premises without his knowledge, and in the end, Jakpa and his gang ended up stealing watches, necklaces etc so, what is ORAL?
