  Very sad indeed. I prefer traffic lights. If the red is on and all vehicles have stopped then pedestrians can cross the street peaceful. We should do whatever it takes to fix all traffic lights

In fact since then, the opposite has happened. The few street lights that were functioning in Accra, have also gone off, making Accra even darker at night.
