  Rau, was right to have submitted the petition. Though the petition also made utilize intemperate language in describing the action of the Justice, I believe the judgement is worth considering to make a decision on Justice's approval after vetting. In fact our Justices need emotional intelligence than anybody in country because their decision are as delicate as human life. So be promoted to the Apex Court one must well trained emotionslly. So I expect Parliament to test this man's emotional intelligence during the vetting and make their final decision strictly on that.

  Rau, was right to have submitted the petition. However, his petition also utilize intemperate language in describing the action of the Justice, Inasmuch as I believe the judgement is worth considering to make a decision on Justice's approval after vetting , I am of the opinion that parliament is wrong to just dismiss it citing no evidence. Humbly suggest that in the mist of the judgement addicted as evidence, Justice Akwaah must vetted on his emotional intelligence because his decisions in the Apex Court are as delicate as human life.
  In fact I actually detest the kind of vetting our parliamentarians do our country because they seem not get the best out of people that appear before them. So I think it's about time we look at their vetting skills again and if possible we fine tune the areas they vert appointees on.
