The most important action is to abolish the practice of political appointments elect all top government officials (CJ, EC, IGP, Ministers, Public CEOs, Directors and Heads of Institutions), not the MMDCEs, because the corruption, conspiracies, bribery, thefts and failure are rooted in top government appointees and less of the MMDCEs, since the corruption starts from the top and not the bottom. Why do corrupt politicians always have something to hide and resist great ideas? Yes! Selfishness for money and power, not societal protection!! If democracy is genuine, then political appointments must cease, so that every good citizens with expertise, discipline, honesty and integrity can also have the chance to serve in top government positions and can choose their running mates just as the president does and they will all report to the presidents. Among them, the president can also choose his cabinet. It is the best genuine form of democracy that the world can have for global peace, instead of coups, wars, injustice, political conflicts, divisions and corruption etc., bred by political appointments. Corruption is more at the top than at the MMDCE levels, so please, Mr. John Dramani Mahama, focus on the top government officials first, if you truly want to rescue Ghana as you present yourself. You are not my enemy despite that I truly suspect that corruption foreign intelligence plotted to use you in ruining my life in covert and clandestine ways that almost got me killed in Ghana.
